City Council Meetings are held on the 4th Tuesday of every month at 6pm
Small Taxing Unit Notice
The City of Lone Star will hold a meeting at 6:00 PM on September 18, 2025 at City of Lone Star Fire
Station, 201 Industrial, Lone Star TX 75668 to consider adopting a proposed tax rate for tax year 2025. The
proposed tax rate is $0.365230 per $100 of value.

scheduled public hearings of each entity that taxes your property.
The 86th Texas Legislature modified the manner in which the voter-approval tax rate is calculated to limit
the rate of growth of property taxes in the state.
